Just a random thing I thought I'd throw out the the Biggerpockets community: if you have access to Netflix check out a show called "Holmes Inspection Collection" I recently discovered it and I was struck by the amount of information I obtained in such an entertaining show.

How can I quickly obtain another property to rent to them without having to go through a full purchase, but be able to make a decent income in the end?

But in the zip codes im interested in, all multi-families are B-C neighborhoods, prices are slightly bloated and the market is on a upswing, as to SFR i have no idea because i was t interested in i half as much as cashflowing MFR's.
