But, you simply can't afford to get emotional when trying to make an investment of this sort.

So I see this as a good way get displaced Homeowners back into homes that they can afford to buy.  

But I would check with the Virginia Fair Housing Office before I listed a property for sale with those terms.Also keep in mind, just because you follow every law to the T, does not prevent a potential buyer from making a Fair Housing complaint against you, which will take time and money to clear up, even if you did nothing wrong.

Quick, affordable did a good job and I thought they were great.
