I walked the property and saw a crack near the window on the back of the house, but chalked it up as an 1940 brick house,  When I got the inspection report back the only thing that was up to code was that it did not have radon.

What are the cost to get services on the property3) Can I get multiple campers on the lot and how close will that be including access for all campers to be pulled out in case of evictions (you will have these)4) CHECK your local city, county, health dept. codes before investingI love mine and keep adding, hoping to do one more this year. 

I only could find one property manager in the area and we were going to have to use them strictly out of limited options. 

The bigger issue you may face is FHA underwriting requirements are very strict on what they call Property Condition Requirements, aimed at protecting the health and safety of the home purchaser/borrower. 

If there are specific strategies or parts of the tax code that are of interest to you, you'll likely find more help than generic questions. 

I think it might be harder for people to find housing as we (landlords) are going to be even more strict on screenings due these new laws.

You will want to read the bilaws about renting it to other students, as some can be very strict about renting.
