Are there credit and background requirements for buying tickets?

But I'm now considering selling that Merced rental and using the equity to buy a San Diego house that I would use as a 2nd home/vacation home & rental.I would rent out a portion of the house & save a space for myself when I visit.  

For a little more money you can buy a mobile AC, which looks like a dehumidifier.

I am a first time home buyer looking to purchase an out of state investment property through a newly formed LLC (I am based in NYC, looking to buy in Ohio).

I'm a fan of the consistent, not checking which way the wind is blowing, dollar cost average investor that keeps buying every year or two.

Looking for guidance on best neighborhoods/areas to consider in order to Buy, Renovate, and Rent in Philly.

Why buy in such a high crime area? 

I am wanting to cash this out and buy more properties. 

Do I just simply say, "I want to buy your house if interested" and keep it general or make it more personalized, "foreclosures are tough, I would like to help." 

@Steven MooreI agree with the other posterIf you are low on funds and low credit - work on fixing that first as buying property and trying to manage even with an k site manager is another risk that you need to have funds for repairs etc.
