We land lords may have to dip into reserves for a month or two, but that is what reserves are for.

The newest BP and BP rookie real estate have been fantastic and gave a lot of food for thought on direction forward.Gave a chance to go over the budget and possibly even cut some things out.Try to keep building up those reserves and stack up what we can for when we do see a dip in real estate. 

I thought it was reasonable especially with everything going on in world and the fact that I lost most of my reserves.

They've got a couple local stores and have some cheap options for carpet.

Problem with sudden crisis like these is a lot of investors are suddenly found swimming naked with very high leverage and limited to no cash reserves.

Not allowing free rent, but instalments to catch up over time.Looking to defer mortgages and have rent that does come in build up as an additional cash reserve.
