I think it was a very clever move for BP, laying it out and linking topics to selected blogs and BP materials.I did notice the due on sale clause was mentioned several times as a caution in several techniques and is certainly appropriate to give such warnings.

One must be  very careful just like the warning posts at the top describe.. if you want newbies to get suckered into deals by scammers and newbies its for sure the go to place for that activity.Mortgage lending is competitive as we know and I see that has a place on the market place just takes the good one's to stand out..
