Just hearing that JP Morgan has a $13 billion fine $4billion for restitution, BoA is admitting to fraud, SAC losing it's license and forfeits US portfolio and indictments on individuals are coming down as well.Any restitution could take years, better late than never.I guess we will see how hard the executives of the housing bubble get slapped.Anyone hear of anything else on the regulatory front?

Yes, all of us would rather manage a few larger investors than many smaller ones, but this could probably be done with the right staff and minimal time.The cap on what an individual sponsor could raise in one year. $1 million might be too small to consistently make it feasible, but I am sure there are some smaller companies that could use the extra capital to make it worthwhile.
