We have a nonprofit organization that looks to bring opportunities for underprivileged children through sports (volleyball in particular).

In the near future, I've already made the decision not to sell because of news like this and this isn't going to change that.

The reason no one believes you, Corey Dutton, is that most want to believe the news that suits them or that sells news.On May 29, just a few months ago, Case Shiller released their first quarter 2012 results here.

For those of you who eventually got the license yourselves and no longer work with the agent you started with, do you still have a good relationship with the agent, and how easy it was to break the news to them?

That's pretty bad news, hopefully everyone is OK though.
