I just moved to Denver from southern California to be a part of the BiggerPockets team!

I have used my friends contractors and even his real estate agent on my home (she is only taking 2% commission on the sale) so I have a team already in place.I recently started my own business in March of 2015 after being laid off.

All,My team and I @Matt Wood @Mike O'Connor @Kiran K have recently got a 100 Unit Multi-Family under contract in Albany, GA.

@Brian Gibbons is a top-tier REI coach out there in CA and legend goes that he actually taught John Jackson how to do lease options (altho, John has really taken that and run with it - he doesn't just teach it but has a support team to help investors DO it).  

My goal is by the time I am 30, I hope to have 50 rental units with a passive income over $300-400 a month, and by 26 (3 more years) have developed an investment team that is flipping or investing in 15-20 properties annually. 

I learned the lesson of how important it is to have quality people on your team.

It seems that the trusty BP post-o-meter was double counting posts and when the team fixed it I went from a thousand and something to nine hundred and something.
