Apparently, it's safer that giving the tenant your account number and preprinted deposit sips to your account, for them to make deposits for you, as they can perpetrate bank fraud knowing your account number.Another way is to make remote deposits by your cell phone though I haven't tried money orders.I have tenant's paid in cash with no bank accounts and when I tell them I don't take cash, they go buy money orders.
