Going in by yourself, out of state, with no experience, you won't be able to navigate the whole thing on a piece by piece basis.

I agree with Tiffanie, you need a real estate attorney in Detroit to help you navigate this contract.

The bigger concern I would have with Greensburg is that it is a pretty isolated satellite of Indy about an hour away from with a very small population of just over 10,000.

I recommend that you include them but DO NOT rely on them in order to pass the 750 hrs threshold.I would not recommend navigating it without guidance of an accountant specializing in real estate.
