It wouldn’t be helpful for me to tell the type one teachers to keep pushing through because it legitimately effects their health.Instead of asking people their opinions in a thread and then singling them out and attacking them, you could try to hear their point of view?

I would have preferred to have the cash on hand but those are a good option if push comes to shove.

I procrastinate the worst with this, like I'll clean my whole house, pick up all the dog poop and then go mow my 2 acres of hills with a push-mower before sitting down to make any kind of cold-call.. 

I would never buy at a cap rate this low but I believed there was a huge upside and I was correct by pushing the rate and lowering the expensive.

@Shiloh LundahlI get what the OP is trying to get at -- parents are becoming more empowered in their choices but at the root of those choices is finding the best schools for their kids and the family, what works the best and what schools are most aligned with their family's values.
