I feel like I am coming into a class late and am cramming to prepare for the first test.

Some have stood the test of time and are still out their providing money to investors.

So you never need to go to the facility until the test.  

They have to get some engineering done and a soil test before they apply for the permit. ( Est. 2 weeks) Fresno wanted 4 weeks for mine permit and we decided to pay extra which is supposed to bring it down to 2 weeks.

I had an initial lease for 12 months, which rolled into month-to-month. 

I’ve gotten the letters, mailing system & schedule down—now that they’ve gone out, I sit back & wait for the calls to roll in, lol.

I think this might help align goals for a win-win.This is a new approach I'm testing to see if it is workable.  

She was more then a little skeptical (as was I) so actually getting the ball rolling is fantastic.
