How does your unit compare with other 3br in the area?

Working on a personal residence and wanted to compare a few loans...

Understand the fees involved and calculate the total cost for an entire year of management so you can compare the different managers.

Maybe look and see what comparable locations might charge (ranches, farms, etc...).

They're not hard to find.I checked out Earthclass mail a while ago - they seem reputable enough however the 4-5 or more other competitors I found in this same space when comparing pricewise they are multiple times more expensive per month - the only advantage I can find with them is they will automatically deposit checks for you which at this time is not a service I need or want. 

If you have a general idea of the returns you'll be targeting with the smaller purchase nearby simply compare the two from the ROI and risk involved.

Compare that to a single family home where tenant pays everything and you have no vacancy.

     The city of Indio runs the gamut, from low income housing, to high end homes well into the millions, to agriculture properties at what are very reasonable prices compared to much of california's ag. 

Both still in those areas and in others as well.Comparatively, 19125 & 19123 zips are incredibly cheap compared to other booming neighborhoods in other cities like Chicago's Wicker Park for example.
