Personally I get title insurance whenever the property is either old (many owners in title chain), has been a foreclosure, or has been an estate.

It actually caused a chain of events that really destroyed a lot of my personal finances.

But small retail shops still have long way to go.There is Fancy Nail saloon, Themed barber shop and Variety restaurants keep opening everywhere...These small shops are unique experience shops...

Is that the main restaurant there at the airport?

It has great shops and restaurants just north on Bell, and it isn't too far away from Westgate, which is a HUGE outdoor mall and concert venue in Glendale. 

Walking to class, bars, restaurants etc. is huge.  

Giving tenant  positive incentives has saved me chasing rents and fixing a toilet chain. 

Lol.when that conversation happened, I do not knowledge of chain of events and dates - obviously worried until I came to know that his junior lien got wiped out by bank's foreclosure.Legally, I am sure it is simple case and I may not need an attorney to defend myself but most difficult part is to make the HOA guy understand that he purchased Junior lien and now he got no legal interest on the property today.

It's a very different investment outlook if it is Wal-Mart or fast-food chains vs. a factory or a large service firm.

Being close to all of the restaurants, shops, iconc surf &, snorkel of Haleiwa town, Sharks Cove, and Sunset is very ideal for tourists.
