Um....if you want your request to be taken more seriously you will provide context then a headline ending in an exclamation point followed by a single sentence that says the same thing.

Than you take your best 3/6 offers and shoot back to them a request for their best competitive offer, state what your best current offer in hand is and ask if they can beat it.

You can change the loan to requesting a non owner occupied rental purchase which is the truth of the situation.

Also make sure on your offer that you request copies of the leases to review during due diligence period. 

I need a title company there that can handle what is routinely handled by title companies in Florida, that being things like double or simultaneous closings, closing on lease option purchases, closings that involve Land Trusts, etc.

That way when the lender requests your (2) months bank statements or proof of down payment your down payment funds will have already have been "Sourced & Seasoned". 

Can you recommend a reputable contractor to do routine A/C maintenance?
