Greetings,This is likely a silly question, but are hard money lenders ever willing to fund 100% of a down payment on a large purchase (20+ units) after viewing the deal (rent rolls, etc)?

Rents together are $3400 each month.

Getting the mortgage under my name; then rent the properties with agreement with the LLC.  

Consider all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

Getting started and would love as much feedback when it comes to being successfull in buying real estate and renting it out long term.
