This project is 1/2 done Im working on it now, Although honestly I toke a break during holidays for 10 days and just toke another 7 day break to spend time with family. i should finish this project by may 1st.

I stayed away from a political thread here on BP, and let me tell you guys something...........It has been very relaxing!!!!

I do think, however, that the immigration authorities should relax some of the immigration rules to allow and encourage immigrants who have skills that the country can benefit from, to come to the US.

I believe the relaxed rules only applied to securities and not loans, but considering that most loans are securitized, I would suspect that we no longer have realistic reserves since the accounting standards no longer require them to be based on market values.

I'm sure the bill will go through, not its just a matter of when.Tomorrow is jewish holiday, so those members of congress will be out.

The FICO model gave them the confidence to relax their due diligence practices.

My reluctance stems from the fact that I want to emphasize that he DOES NOT GIVE FREE ADVICE over the phone.That said,he is a very relaxed guy with quite extensive experience in this field.

Dude relax...it's theater of the absurd. 

It is the Holidays after all.
