I think it might be because of high gambling rate and other stuff.

I recognize not everyone will get the same rates, but secured rates of 8%+ is absurd.  

I do not believe timing the market in Las Vegas is a strategy and is more of gamble (pun intended). 

Found a realtor and honestly took the biggest gamble of my life... ran with it and didn’t look back.

I recognize predicting the market is not easy.

I don't think anyone here suggested that she necessarily should.In my first response, I provided an article that lists all the pros AND CONS of getting/having your license and then I pointed out that I generally like the idea of having a license if you're going to make a business of this.Again, just my take, and I recognize that not everyone agrees. 

This ultimately ends up in an inability to solve problems...mainly because it's hard (I'd say impossible) to even recognize the source of the problem.The most important role of formal education is not defined by the major you are taking. 

Anything else is gambling.
