I've never dealt with Septic in a park, but plenty of experience on SFHs.My advise would be 1) Find out the age of the tanks 2) Find out the material they are made of (concrete or plastic) 3) Same for leach fields.Reasons being: Old concrete tanks are far more vulnerable and likely to fail soon....the newer plastic tanks will most likely cause you no problems for a long time.So if I personally were to find out that these tanks were all plastic, and <10 yrs old, I would barely even worry about this.

It is in no way ready to open as another business, the building needs a lot of work.

@Jay Hinrichs yeah you would have gone from hard core slumlord to ritzy glamlord in 2-3 decades and have made more money than you’d ever need.

I didnt need to set any classes or anything like quickbooks as it was ready to run with real estate and its still less than that offering.

Ensure any liens on the property made by the laundry vendor turn up during title search when purchasing a property.

The labor and materials shortage has also made the process much harder and profit margins are very slim.
