IMO Floor and decor while having beautiful displays, has crap for quality.

Can’t avoid them all, but you can avoid most if you’ve got a decent quality product priced in a way that you can be selective. 

I would think the pandemic would only speed up the move toward more counties allowing both e-recording and e-notary services.

I think I was being a little too ambitious just such a waste to toss pretty good quality products.

Normally I would think bring in a 3rd party such as another contractor or an inspector but in the case of a contractor I feel like a lot of contractors trash other contractors work, so this may not be helpful and an inspector may not know enough about foundation work for example to know between good and bad quality work.

I can take renovating photos/videos, general quality inspections, walk the layout, etc.
