Cashflow is going to be a bit difficult to come by if you are purchasing a (more or less) turnkey property with 20% down.

Can you purchase one with an SBA loan?

I have just purchased my first duplex.

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to buy an investment property with my VA and use my LLC for the purchase or a way to transfer it over to the LLC afterwards.

I recently had a conversation with my lender and mentioned I would be purchasing a property as my primary residence. 

Purchase: 475,000 Down: 100,000Seller carry: 375,000Hard money needed: 150,000ARV: 850,000

I now come to find out that this is not the case, and it only has one gas meter and one water meter shared between both units.My question is, since this is an as-is purchase, do I have any recourse in this situation?

We are 4 younger guys recently out of college looking at forming an LLC to purchase our first investment property.
