Maximizing LTV on EVERY loan seems to be counter-productive.

I asked about the product itself, which from all I can gather is apparently just a $20,000 compilation of webinars, but he wouldn't give me much detail other than saying "watch the webinar to see more."  

Profitability and production are not up commensurate to P/E Ratios. 

There is NO product that compares to the 30 year traditional mortgage.

In Texas, there is a lot of early-mid 80's product you'll see, which puts you right around 25-30 years old.  

It was the quality of product that was the problem. 

I'd highly recommend getting a real estate license as well.4) Did you do research on the DM providers to ensure you're getting the best service, best product, and best price for your mailings?

After researching it, I am a bit concerned and wish I knew about this requirement before choosing a lender.My questions: Are these required on every commercial loan product in PA?
