Curious what property types you are thinking about and if you are looking to stay in Salt Lake?

I would not say STRs are off the table, but there is much hotter markets for sure, but I firmly believe STRs are quality driven products so opportunity strike where an investor is willing to meet it. 

She is well known for a certain type of listing and is pretty much the go to realtor out here and the general area for this segment.

But keep in mind in the subdivisions we/investors are getting are principal back before the end and the distributions are 6 figures so they can get it working right away in one of  my bridge type loans that I do.

We are renting now for $1600/ month (previously was renting for $1200/ month) What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I pay a quarterly contract on several of my buildings that would cover this type of thing as well as placing bait boxes around the perimeter of the building and refilling them quarterly, and treating for the appropriate pests during the appropriate times of year.

Because of the scarcity of the product the value would go up...Thank you for mentioning that as this has given me an opportunity to further my point. 

Let's compare the difference between down payments only, of course there’s more to the money involved and variables on interest rates and type of loans you are using.Let’s just stick to down payment as a passive investor.
