Do you ever travel physically to your property when dealing with finding new tenants, or doing repairs, etc.?  

Are there any man made or natural boundaries that create any physical or mental boundary that would cause a potential customer to not traverse that line? 

We use a local UPS store for physical mailing address, however they wont open / scan your mail for you.

You might have figured out that there are some people trying to make money off of people like us,I am currently reading a book by Grant Cordone (a big real estate investor) and he has some good thoughts about taking massive action and planning about things in a way that puts you above what is expected in order to achieve your goals that are set higher than what you can physically achieve,.  

FYI - check your state regulations as in Michigan, we are still required to have a physical address. 

How do you define the difference between these neighborhoods and how do I do a search for these different neighborhoods without physically being in these cities if I am doing an initial real estate search (i.e Google Maps, etc.)?

Do you pay for all the service folks to go out when something requires physical attention?

I'm wondering if it's legal to collect a physical deposit and then also require the above guarantee premium?

Just note that wholesalers typically acquire off market properties at a deep discounts because the property is often in distress (financial or physical) sometimes both.

Most of these look like they in 3X better physical shape than they did 10 years ago.
