It's not only the lease, you need a lot of other forms like application, lease, rules &regulations, lead disclosure, pet agreement, smoke and CO notice, non-standard lease provisions to name a few.

Just the right owner could and might try, to "go to town" on you for "hurting" their precious pet.

I do add in specific clauses regarding pets, smoking, use of fireplace, break-lease fee, basically anything I feel strongly about.
