I'm really amazed that there are people who have money and think that's all they need to be a lender.

The people selling classes will just say "make 14% interest" but leave out the important details.... 

Some think they are lawyers, not sales-people.

Hello everyone, I am in the learning and growth phase of my business and I I'm looking to network with some Great people to bounce ideas and come up with ways to help each other achieve success.

There's usually a good turnout and tons of people worth networking with.

I think people will live in Meridianville/Harvest/Albertville/Athens before they'd move to Decatur.   

Start networking with the people who will help get the job done.

However, I think it's worth noting that while the profit margin is lower, your ROI as a percentage, when using Other Peoples' Money (OPM) regardless of whether it's a hard money loan or your parents' trust fund, is higher because your investment is much smaller.
