Hello BP Community - My husband and I are giving serious consideration to paying the $8K fee and taking the 3 Month Open Spaces Portfolio Program offered by Palak and Niti Shah.

I could just sell it and do a 1031 to avoid capital gainsBut it is not so simple to just "sell it" I have a solid tenant and they are paying $3.6k/month, haven't missed a single payment and they are so sweet.

How much will they pay in rent?

There are no 1 bed in the 1 mile radius that I can see in the rental sites like zillow, realtor, apartments.I am not sure if I priced the condo correctly as I relied on rentometer completely.Reduced price once but no leads so far.
