On the other end of the spectrum, if you are looking for higher quality data and you can wait anywhere from 12-36 hours than there are a number of companies out there and at that point, you might just be looking for the best price/package. 

I’d like to add that I too am such sponsor/syndicator (putting together an A-Team, co-sponsors and private equity or debt investors for each sub-market we operate in) whose underwriting and deal packages you might want to look at.

These newer loan products are the same thing just packaged with a new PC name, because no one wants to call it subprime again after that meltdown.

(We had to pay for two sets of appraisals each time.)We've also just dropped the loan (or dropped a property from a refinance package) and brought it to another bank, redid the process, got a new appraisal and have it come in right. 

I have done 3 rental properties under DSCR loans/refinance (LLC owned) with comparable rates but lower loan package (only about $160-180k each) during the past 2 months. 

There's really not much benefit to packaging that with the rental properties and the costs are pretty high.
