Your post made me look it up on google and apparently if I had bothered to research how to remove these before drilling holes around it and trying to remove it (with the end result looking like a bazooka shot through my wall), I would have saved myself much anguish, frustration and choice words for the previous owner - this link may help - http://www.ehow.com/how_5607858_remove-molly-bolts-wall.htmlI guess I will try and remove the rest of those stinking blinds this weekend now that I know how!

This is all new to me, but I'm already working closely with a lawyer the specializes in the purchase of real estate at tax auction, etc.Anyway, while I'm waiting to officially confirm ownership and confirm the title is clear, etc.

I believe my loan officer had already talked to the underwriter and a VA Rep about whether VA will cover this property but as far as official documentation saying they won't, I haven't seen any in fine print.

My thoughts are that you can pay yourself off of the profits of a flip and invest the rest into the next one as a 1031 to keep business rolling.

Probably 2 or 3K in materials, rest is labor, which I can handle on my own for the most part.Next thing is to get used to crawling around under these things, pretty scarey down there, and being in FLA, lots of nasty critters :Dkevin
