Bought the property on MLS, took 4 months from close of purchase to close of sale (Oct 15-Feb 15...property was ready mid Dec but we chose to hold off listing until second week in Jan, 4 months included this time frame)  

The rest are mid 2021 and later.

The closing is on the 9th, and I feel strange collecting rent mid month like that.

This is really pronounced in the mid west  deep south or inner cities ..
