Many of the neighborhoods more near downtown and inside 410 consist of homes built in the 20s - 50's which I think are awesome and have a ton of character but can be difficult to pass a VA appraisal/inspection even if they are recently remodeled.

The sellers still had some work to do on the home so that's why we built in some extra time for that and then all my inspections, etc.Around the first week of December, after the sellers were done with the rehab, the first appraiser came out and that was the first road bump.It took about another week to get a second appraiser to view the home, and then a few more days to get his report.
