. #2) If you are banking on the fact that the listing agent is motivated by making double the money and stear the property to you.....that means you are operating under the assumption the agent is unethical and willing to do something illegal, ie stear their seller to a  worse offer so they can make more money.

@Brandon West, This is by no means legal advice - but my lawyer in AZ who helped me setup my LLC for my rental property told me to just reissue the title w/ the county recorder in the name of the LLC, update Title Insurance to reflect the LLC, and not notify the lender.

I have a lot of cash saved up in a 5% HYSA currently and am wondering if it would be a good idea to prepay the principal by $60,000 (I would be financially fine even if I did pay this)  - which would lower the amount of interest I owe.
