Also the "Government Housed" crowd in the USA is not the same as it is in Singapore. And I think because we are in the this business, we tend to "Classify" areas and buildings as being the most important factor, but I have been in Class C- units filled with love and family togetherness, and I've been in Class B units filled with arguments, discord and un-happiness.No matter where the USA houses it' poor and downtrodden, their actual "Home" is what they make out it.Of course they can't control crime, but they can control cleanliness and relationships within their own unit. And being poor in the USA (for some) often means driving an Escalade, a free Obama Phone, free medical, free food, free rent, free lawyers, free etc....Where I'm going with this is their happiness doesn't have to hinge on the housing classification, because once they are inside--what they make of it is up to them.
