It's definitely a tough one - for me, at least.

To me at least, day labor is anyone you can pay by the day (or half day).

It is important to me at this point that i am able to take a trip there to look at the property if required.

I have a lender that lends me at 15% investment loan for turnkey and I have also been able to build a good connection with my hard-money lender.

For me, at least, breaking it down gives me an idea of what the process is like, and it's a way to hold somebody accountable for the project. 

@Daniel Brown I have only done one brrrr but there were a few things that confused me at first.

Is this something that can be negotiated with the city if it meats safety standards?

I need someone to be super involved and meet with me at least quarterly, get quick responses to my questions, and be collaborative.
