Hi everyone, I am new here to BP and have just made my first investment purchase in the North Collinwood area, close to Waterloo.

Does someone have a recommendation for an attorney (prefer Central Texas area) that is familiar with the structure of this type of transaction and can walk thru all necessary steps prior to finalizing financing and preparing for closing? 

We've closed several millions of dollars in real estate deals over 25 years, and our BEST EVER have all involved seller financing!

I recommend you do a Redfin/Zillow review of closed deals.

If the area is good for that, close to hospitals, universities etc. it might work.Otherwise do the LTR in those and move on.

Can anyone shed some light on why the HMLs only want to talk on the phone and their so secretive about rates?
