Hi Ian,I'm certainly not a lawyer so I'm not sure of the legal options you have but if you didn't actually sign anything it sounds like the worst they could do is keep your deposit.

(Lawyer fees, entity cost, bank accts., and etc) I have a lawyer and cpa handle those things for me because they understand how the structures benefit me as an investor.
