Will there be an issue if I change it to LTR or MTR after a year? 

I offered the tenant to hire a plumber, but unless it’s a defective plumbing issue like corrosion, they will be responsible for the cost.

We have been trying to work with Vacasa to manage it as a short term rental but we keep running into issues with their final inspection.
