I am looking for an attorney in the Aurora or Naperville Illinois area to review my lease to make sure that I am managing the property within the local laws as well as to ensure that the lease covers me if I do run into an eviction.  

The Hard Money is going ok and I am waiting for final approval on the development but nothing firm yet.

One last thought would be to use a virtual assistant to call and vet contractors...I use UpWork, but there are sever VA firms that could do it...pay $50 and come home to a nice tidy spreadsheet with contractors information awaiting your approval. 

My plan was to be blunt, show them the comps and give them a firm offer.
