I would also suggest joining a local REIA group and meeting investor-friendly realtors.

Best thing you could do as a realtor, speaking from experience, join an office where there is someone doing what you want to do.

@Patrick Hicks I have one condo in my portfolio and I ended up solving a similar problem by joining the board, unfortunately.I can't imagine why the Board would go through the trouble of a special assessment for an extra $150 per unit.  

He has a podcast with a lot of helpful information and a facebook group that you should join.  

Hello Everyone - i'm currently exploring house flipping opportunities in Atlanta, GA and i'm looking to join a house flipping/rehab REIA in the local Atlanta area to network with local investors.  

My mom used to be an residential realtor for awhile before she retired so we've been able to get by with managing our joined residential investment without too much drama.

I am Very excited to join the bigger pockets community.

I would recommend also joining a meet up or investment club but I am not familiar with one in Arbuckle .

Do you have to sort of "join" them before they show you anything?
