Feedback has been they don't like the layout of the property.

Make sure to lay out the problem to them and mention that you are mainly interested in building a relationship and the current deal is not necessarily happening.

However, it is in Nashville (different market), and I think that may be more due to layout, location, and size.

Several past posts addressed parts of my questions but wanted to lay out my current challenge.  3+ years post Ch. 13 BK and foreclosure done outside the BK from a failed restaurant business. 

Also, i have noticing some shifts from the open office layout back to more traditional.

I have an internet business, rental property business, and flipping business.

Now I have to reno another apt in the same house with a similar layout & am thinking of keeping the clawfoot, solely to save money on the reno. 

If you use a wireless connection, you'll need an Internet connection onsite.I send the tenants the separate bill myself. 

Keeping myself to one area means i can study the market closely, know the different types of housing/layouts that are common, where the crime/junkie nexuses are, and most of the guys i hire are all in NL also.

Are you looking in areas where you will have people on the ground or will you have to build a team from scratch over the Internet?
