@Ronnie Mossotti, why didn't you have your driver pick them up and drive them to the Hilton where you would pay for their food, beverages, spa treatments and of course the cost of the hotel suite while you had all their carpeting replaced and re-painted the entire interior of their residence?

Definitely get the water running and fully operational before starting any interior rehab.

I used cash and a LOC to purchase this property, we have been making improvements i.e replacing roofs, appliances, updating interior and exterior, etc.

A lot of the three units I have sold in the Berwyn and Forest Park areas here in Illinois have the same problems as they were originally designed to be two units.
