If that goal Is best accomplished by sharing this piece of InformatIon, then they can.The National Association of REALTORS Code of Ethics is silent on the disclosure of highest offers specifically, but does say this:Standard of Practice 1-15REALTORS®, in response to inquiries from buyers or cooperating brokers shall, with the sellers’ approval, disclose the existence of offers on the property.

I spoke to my other two tenants below her who informed me that they do not have a roach problem in their apartment so problem is clearly this upstairs tenant.I told her i would have a professional exterminator come to her apartment and have it sprayed.

In a recent discussion on BP, it appears the Boston has outlawed STR's in similar fashion.If your rental does not work for long term tenants, you may be wasting your time if the local city changes the STR regulations.Additionally, I agree that the owner should be informed
