What i mean by that is that you should make sure that the keywords in the ad appear on the landing page and the actual content on the page is relevant to the ad.if you don't do this, Google will likely increase your pay per click and lower your position.

Here's a question: When home prices were going through the roof, property taxes (which use home sales as drivers) were increasing as well, in some areas, by a lot.
