Obviously I know this can be a very personal decision but let’s say there is a commercial or residential property that you purchased and held onto for awhile.

This is something that you should consider before making any final decisions since any unpaid fees to a contractor might result on a lien against your property unfortunately.

You need to have both conversations and then make a decision based on what your goals and needs are.   

The more infromation you consume the more confident you'll feel about making a decision regarding how to get started.

They sent a 1098 WITH MY NAME AND SS.The property is in my corporation.Now I suspect these people are going to cause me tax problems with their incorrect reporting.And of course--I highly doubt they care.

So best to know what happens if you do so you can make an educated decision. 

Relying on emotions for decision-making rarely make a profitable business in real estate.With that being said, if you value kindness and are ok with making the world a better place by potentially losing some profits, then that too is dependent on your goals!

The place to start is by asking the seller what the insurance company decision is—if they will share that info, that might tell you some of what you need to know.
