I believe it's called hot mud, and we call for that guy all the time. 

Hey @Don Konipol, we only do STR, but for mid term stays, you can't really expect people to bring a full household of furniture etc when they are traveling workers.Frankly, I would leave our vacation rental as is except for the various consumables.

DFW area is hot for rentals right now by the way. 

My mountain home needed to be completely refurnished plus we added a hot tub (a must for cabin rental) which came with reinforcing the deck, so to get it Airbnb ready it was about $10,000. 

For example, as a "condo" unit owner, you may be responsible for maintaining the hot water heater or the carpet in your unit if it wears out or just needs to be replaced, but "not" responsible for insuring it if it burns up in a fire. 

., someone putting together a development who needed my property, the marginal area I invested in becoming “hot”, or buying a note at a huge discount expecting 15 years of payments and instead being paid in full in 3 months.  

On a sunny day, a building can get uncomfortable hot when it's 61 oustside.

Other details I have my own house meter and that runs one of the hot water heaters.

They only run when there is demand for hot-water and considerably more efficient.  

I'll take it as a $6000 lesson, but if you are hinting that it's someone not doing their job etc, and playing to the side of the "oh, poor tenants" I'm coming in hot.
