Hey @Don Konipol, we only do STR, but for mid term stays, you can't really expect people to bring a full household of furniture etc when they are traveling workers.Frankly, I would leave our vacation rental as is except for the various consumables.

For example, as a "condo" unit owner, you may be responsible for maintaining the hot water heater or the carpet in your unit if it wears out or just needs to be replaced, but "not" responsible for insuring it if it burns up in a fire.
