Hello BP Community,I’m looking for recommendations of contractors in north New Jersey that are HUD compliant.

BiggerPockets community, when I come across a MLS alert email from a RE agent, I have a hard time finding the following numbers, which are absolutely essential to run my cashflow and ROI analysis in a buy and hold scenario.

Once done you can even share the results in an amazingly professional way to anyone who needs to know: BP community, lenders etc.

I even offered to keep the document for the community for no charge in order to save money. 

Chicago is on a lake, so our city is a half circle with the center being downtown.  40 miles around the city is already developed so in the new construction boom before the crash we had hundreds of new communities being built on farmland 60 miles out. 

Rental income is a BIG factor in analyzing deals so I wanted to ask the community for any tips and advice before moving on.
