Personally I prefer the shower with the glass door because I feel it leads to less water leaking and therefore less floor damage and wall damage down the road due to inappropriate shower curtain usage.

I'm out of the country 8 months out of the year and more if I didn't feel obligated to check in on stuff and enjoy amazing Seattle summers.

It seems like a total feeding frenzy, and feels like the bottom could drop out at any moment.

I feel that before this venture gets too large, that I should create a Property Management LLC to be the “face” of the business.

After you talk to them, how good do you feel about working with them? 

Most didn't even hit the auction block and we supported our trust deed investor every step of the way in that process so they didn't feel alone and not know what to do.

It may sound dramatic and needy, but that is how I see it.Given this, it should make some sort of sense that I must force my way to create relationships and value from the smallest of openings - if I am to create a environment where I feel good about my place in the world.
