Hey Alfredo, This is actually fairly common.

You can start by looking at any property on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, etc. and run the numbers for that property, whether you actually have any interest in it or not.

You could get it at a significant discount or refinance later on i guess.

Hello Chris- the property is actually in good condition with some cosmetic work requirement.I’m assuming it’s because there's  no EMD and the seller will not agree without a termination fee.

What services do you actually end up providing? 

It also seems like it would be extremely stable and recession proof (just a guess).I also have not thought about time shares either, thanks for the insight!
