So the timber industry is left alone.. just fly over the state in the winter when there is snow on the ground you will see massive clear cuts as far as the eye can see.In CA you can't do that they protect the environment far more than Oregon.. even though Oregon thinks they do they really don't  LOL..

I suggest reading "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller, a real eye opener.

We will be prepping our cabin in the coming weeks to get it ready to go on the market and in the mean time, I am keeping a very close eye on the townhouse market in my desired purchasing area of Woodbury, Mn.

As I'm awaiting possibly my first wholesale deal to happen I'm keeping my eyes peeled for some potential flips.

Have my eye on my next deal and (since I'm not an agent) there's not a ton for me to do in the sales process of the current property.

Because, when we give with an eye toward what we will get in return, it ceases to be giving and becomes a form of lending.It's sad to me, that when I help someone, they so often ask how they can repay the favor.
